I’m Tiana Tait, founder of Insight Strategy Co.
My experience spans strategy, operations, business improvement, governance and transformation, including senior leadership roles within complex organisations. I also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
That breadth has shaped how I work. I look across the business to understand how priorities, decisions, people, systems and processes connect, and what needs to change to support meaningful progress.
